Daily Quests and You!

Greetings Taboreans,

This is a tip on how you could make the Daily Quest System work for you especially in increasing the level of your secondary class.

With the Daily Quest system, the mechanics are:

1.Each daily quest can be done more than once a day.

2. You can only turn in 10 daily quests per day.  There is also an Item Mall item which will reset this number at any time (To be implemented soon!).

3.  All daily quests can be accepted when your character is still two levels below the quest until the level 40 quests in Dust Devil Canyon, which will unlock even the Level 45 Daily Quests.

4. The “class” that will turn in the Quest must be within 10 levels of the Daily Quest in order to complete it and get the Exp, Talent Points,  Phirius token coins and gold reward.

Here is an example on how I leveled my secondary class from level 25 to 27 in 15 minutes using the Daily Quest System:

Step 1. My Level 35 Primary Class took the Quest in Ystra Highlands ” The Cyclops Menace [ Level 35 Daily Quest ]“.

Step 2. I went to the Maid NPC to change my Lvl 35 primary class to my  Lvl 25 secondary class.

Step 3. With 15 Cyclops Horn ( the requirement to complete the quest ), I  submitted the quest to the Finishing Quest NPC ” Shamar”  and my secondary class got 12,139 Exp, 1,213 TP, 1636 Gold and 10 Phirius Token Coins.

Step 4.  I changed back to my Level 35 Primary Class to take the “The Cyclops Menace [ Level 35 Daily Quest ]” again.

Step 5. Rinse and repeat! Don’t forget to check the Auction House for Quest Items at bargain prices!

May all your loots be epics and all your hits be crits!

Aftermath: Runes of Magic in Davao for R2D4

I was thrilled to be going back to Davao and organizing the assembly there as well, other than our major event which is the Road to Domination IV at SM Davao Entertainment Center.

Just like back in Cebu, GM Persona and I presented Runes of Magic to potential and perhaps future guild leaders and gamers in Davao.

We had a small get-together at Golden Brown resto wherein they had a meryenda all-you-can-eat buffet. Yum!

Break Time: The Ninja Looter

Break Time is a segment on Runes of Magic Community Blog covering topics ranging from the smallest of beetles to the grand castles of Obsidian Stronghold. Opinions on ongoing stuff in-game may be shown here. Sit back, relax, enjoy and voice your opinion over the discussed item here in this episode.

If there’s one thing that every raid party fears the most, it is the Ninja Looter. This guy is usually the one who joins your party at random, stays in it for a time, up until your party gains or finds the Phat Lewt. Once this is available, no matter what your loot system may be, the ninja looter will just grab it and scamper away. You know, grab and leave. And if he doesn’t get it, brace yourself for a /wrist event that will shake your day and flood your message box with stuff about you and your mother and other whatnots. Or, if he’s the leader, expect that he’ll expect you to always lose to him on every roll.
